Property information: addresses, access notes, or reference materials you provide (typically limited to non-personal elements).
Website analytics: anonymous IP and browser data (no tracking for ads).
I use this data to prepare quotes, schedule shoots, edit and deliver photos, videos, or 3D tours—and maintain accurate records for invoicing.
copyright & Sharing
I own the copyright to all images and footage I create (per UK law). You get full rights to use them for your listings. I keep copies indefinitely for my portfolio and marketing—always anonymised (no faces, names, or addresses shown without your consent).

I only share or process files with secure tools (like cloud storage or editing software). Nothing sold. Final files go straight to you.
I keep agency details up to six years for tax/legal compliance—after that, I can delete them on request.
